Residency Requirements: Participants must reside in one of the following Pennsylvania counties:
Luzerne County
Lackawanna County
Wyoming County
Susquehanna County
Wayne County
Income Requirements:
Income limit for eligibility is 250% of federal poverty guideline for the head of household and their
dependent children. (For a family of 2 the limit is $45,775; for a family of 3 the limit is $57,575; for a
family of 4 the limit $69,375. Add $11,800 for each additional family member.)
