Washington Square Apartments

In 1972, CEO developed and continues to manage a 152-unit, independent living high-rise, for senior citizens in Wilkes-Barre. Washington Square Apartments was the first housing complex completed in response to the Agnes Flood in 1972. This building features 2 studio apartments and 150 one-bedroom apartments, all of which are energy efficient. The rent is based on 30% of your income and all utilities are included.  Application must be completed prior to interview and acceptance.
