
CEO/Weinberg Northeast Regional Food Bank offers the ServSafe Managers course semi-annually. This is a required certification for facilities and individuals that prepare food on-site. This is a self-study class with a one-day review course followed by the exam.

A typical class day begins at 9:00 AM and the exam begins at approximately 3:00 PM; the end time is dependent on individual exam takers. Lunch is provided! This course requires self-study before the review/exam. We will coordinate textbook pick-up for delivery with you.
Please plan to spend at least 12 hours reading and studying the text before the class.
The textbook and exam are available in Spanish, but the review course will be taught in English only.
